Excellent service, highly recommend. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Repairing your car is such a stressful experience but after working with Roche it was the opposite! These guys fixed my massive hail damage quickly and with zero hassle. They took care of all the insurance and loaner car details, and my one year old Mazda looked like new when I got it back after three days. Hopefully my car will remain untouched for the rest of its natural life, but if not I know where I'll be taking it!

While I hope I never have to get my car fixed from an accident again. If I did, I know for sure that I would come back to Roche Collision, Inc. I chose this auto body repair shop because they partner with my insurance, USAA and because of positive reviews. I can see why they are so highly regarded now. They explained the process for insurance and repairs thoroughly. They also were very communicative about the status and when to expect my vehicle. They helped facilitate the return of my rental car and worked directly with my insurance to address costs that exceeded the initial assessment of my repair by USAA. After the completion of my work, I inspected my vehicle and felt it was even more beautiful than prior to my collision. I had a tiny scratch that they painted over that was not part of the work package. If you're in needed of auto body repair due to a collision you should definitely consider Roche. I would like to call out Ken and Rob for being awesome to work with too.

This is the place to go if you need body work done, period. The team that is there, specifically Hector, were phenomenal!! He put up with me calling and was so kind each time. I fully appreciated that they only had me drop the car when the parts were in and explained everything to me. Could not be more pleased with the service and I highly recommend them! Great experience. They took my car in immediately and assured that I could get my car back within 2 weeks. Handled everything through insurance and replace one of the doors. The team even tried to pain match the new door to the rest of my car and cleaned my car before retiring it to me. Beautiful work done and I really appreciate it.

I went to Roche to repair my car after I was rear-ended. They were so professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I submitted my claim to the insurance company on a Thursday evening and had selected Roche from their list. I received a call from Roche around 8am the following morning! Ken kept me updated throughout the process and it took less time than I had expected, based on my previous experience with another company. I definitely recommend them!
