Wish I could give them zero stars. Their ATM ate my card and my check last night and none of their automated systems can help. Among other things, they ask me to enter the security code on my ATM card -- a classic catch 22. They don't give out the phone numbers for the branches either. So I had to make an appointment, but their software is experiencing a "downstream bck-end system error," so I am out of luck. Go to Village Bank instead. None of this happens there, where I keep my other accounts. (Note: i am in Newton -- not SF.)

I'm the opposite of spoiled with the usual atm's in the city but this location is so nice! It's beautiful on the outside, wheelchair accessible, and clean. Also one of the only Bank of America locations nearby I think. Plus great parking!! That's always a plus

Walk, no run away from Bank of America. I was tricked into a refi FOUR MONTHS AGO. During that time they have repeatedly lost my paperwork, relied on flawed information and basically made me feel like a criminal. Bank of America is a failure.

Warning: incredibly rude manager at the adjoining Langley Road location! He may have oversight at the Beacon St location, too. Caveat emptor. My wife and I are account holders and needed a form certified, which only the manager could do. So, over a weekday afternoon, we stopped by repeatedly, but he was at lunch, out of the office, etc. (Lunch apparently lasts 2 hours for BoA branch managers) Finally, told to return at a certain time, we did - but he had left again. We didn't complain *once* - totally calm, totally flexible. The staff were courteous and another manager apologized :) After waiting another 10 minutes, when the branch manager finally returned -- he was *incredibly*, inexplicably rude!!! He saw us but made us wait another 10 minutes, didn't say "hello" when he returned to his desk ("where's the form?" was the first thing he said to us), *brusquely* demanded identification -- made us feel like we were asking for a gigantic favor! We're surprised he didn't ask us to kiss his ring. We were staggered by his attitude. It's amazing what people think passes for service - and of all places: in a federally bailed-out bank in the midst of a contracting, recession economy!
