I received a confirmation email of my order being placed but never a peep more. I had sent a note asking when my order would be shipped about 2 days after my order was placed - still no response. Then I got received a notification from USPS a shipment was expected to my address 2 days later. The sender name was vague yet I held out hope. Never did my order update in the "shop" app. While I received the order within 5 days of placing my order and it was packed perfectly, It was the lack of communication I was concerned about. I'm so grateful we didn't need to return anything and I'd do business with this company again. The fragile items I ordered were in perfect condition and shipping was quick!”
