I really liked the clothing- stuff from Able and Frank & Eileen, as well as Clare V, that you don’t see in person very often (more on instagram for me!) Sizes were VERY limited- mostly just XS and S and a few Ms. So, that seemed a little suspect to me. Why so few Ms and nothing above that? And the girl who worked there was super unfriendly and seemed bothered when I asked her a couple questions.

I walked into this store with my aunt as we were spending the day shopping in Newburyport. The young woman behind the counter didn’t acknowledge us, and she went about her business. I asked her a question about a framed print on the wall and she didn’t even look at me. She was so rude that we left and went next door where we bought 2 dresses and a purse. They are losing business because of a surly young woman who is entitled and rude!

What a genuine staff. Such an inviting and welcoming place to shop. Luxury clothing and specialty gifts add to its lure. Nice addition to Newburyport. If in the area a must to stop in.

Adorable shop with all my favorite brands! The woman was so helpful and I had a blast picking out an outfit with her. They have beautiful, classic, quality pieces that last season after season. On the expensive side but well worth it.

Huge fan of this boutique! The staff is so helpful and genuinely wants their customers to be happy. I love that there is always something new every time I visit, and it’s always cute, unique, and great quality!

I bought a pair of 228.00 Mother brand jeans from Wheat Newburyport and when I went in to exchange them today, the girl told me they have a 2 week return policy. I explained I was not aware and it has only been about 3 weeks. They don’t give paper receipts so they only way I would have known the policy is on my receipt they texted me, which I didn’t look at until I realized they didn’t fit. The girl never told me when I made the purchase. Regardless, 3 weeks is not a long time and I would have expected a one time courtesy. After all, I am a new customer and one would think they would want me to continue to shop there. Apparently not. The girl called the owner to see what they could do and they offered me 50% store credit! I can’t imagine she had even made such a ridiculous offer. Like anyone in their right mind would suggest or accept that. I was literally looking for one size smaller. So over a simple exchange, they lost a customer and now I will share my experience every chance I get about the terrible customer service they provide. I guess is why the store was empty in both visits.

Love love love this boutique! They carry such fabulous items.... I love stopping in often to see what's new (and there's always something new)!The staff is incredibly helpful too, and really know what they are doing. Glad to support a local woman-owned small business too. Can't wait to visit again!
