Believe the bad reviews. This place caused damage to my BMW when it tore off the BMW Emblem, and they claim that they're not responsible for the damages. They refused to cover the damages. I will be suing for damages in small claims court. Their equipment is too powerful for any car, and they should be shut down.

My wife had her car washed in Feb and they took her credit card and started charging us $30 / mo. No way to stop it. No phone numbers to call. Be careful.

I paid for the wash that included the wheel scrubbing ($16) and pulled up, they started the wash and didn't even touch the car with the brush! Don't bother paying for anything extra - you won't get it! Crappy car wash.

Ripped my rear wiper arm off because a bag wasn't put over it to protect it. Sent a couple emails with no response.It's not about being reimbursed, I just want to be acknowledged and for them to consistently use the bags so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Had my very dirt car cleaned today. Staff on Sunday is amazing very polite car came out looking brand new. I bought the monthly skyline plan will definitely be back often. The new management are great.

Three times I've tried this car wash which is under new ownership. I've been disappointed each time with all three wash levels. My mid sized suv is left with dull soap residue and parts of the vehicle are completely untouched. Today I paid for the wheel cleaner and nothing was done to the wheels. I feel like I've wasted $16. Never again.
