Went here for Covid and Flu vaccine. They were on time and courteous. Even though they were busy, they still were able to keep within 10 minutes of my appointment.

Normally I have had excellent service at this store, but yesterday was quite different. I found the goods i was looking for. When walking to an available clerk at his register (he had gestured to me to proceed), another clerk walking the store, barked that he would take care of me. I had to wait while he set up his register. And then when it came time to pay, I had a question on which way to best use my credit card on the machine. He barked at me chip side down. I questioned him on this (I was unclear) and his answer was to bark even louder, "chip side down". He glared and said nothing else. This man had true anger issues for reasons totally unclear to the customer. I walked away wishing i had never entered this store. I will no longer go into a store where customers are treated as inconveniences to an angry employees.

On hold for almost a half hour just to get hung up on. Twice. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else if you have the option.

NEGATIVE. Suspect understaffed & overworked. On hold for 30min (4 calls, 3 of which were disconnected). Finally someone picks up to yell that I should “just wait one second.” They finally answer, are categorically rude & dismissive, ultimately talking over me as I try to explain how I need assistance.

My insurance carrier recently switched Rx programs so had to use this pharmacy for 1st time today. I called ahead to ask if they'd received the prescription and insurance info. The person who answered tried to tell me to "just come in" but I don't see the point in making the trip if I won't walk out with the medication. It was a challenge to explain the situation because she kept interrupting with assumptions that were wrong. The whole conversation was rushed, she was rude and abrupt, and I am still not sure if I will walk out with the medication later today. Wish my carrier still had CVS as their Storey Ave folks are friendly and professional no matter how busy.

I used to live near this Walgreens and 7 years after moving away I still get excited to be in the area to come to it. It has the best deals of any other Walgreens I can never not leave with a bunch of goods.

Update-- they did change their times.You need to change your pharmacy hours I almost came down today (Thursday) it says it's open til 10 pm

Can you please stop calling the Walgreens on your own phone so you dont have to answer calls? I've been on hold for 40 mintues with one customer ahead of me.

I spent a good 15 minutes on line booking a covid booster shot. I saved the appt in my calendar through the email they sent me but when i arrived they never heard of me and refused to honor their commitment. Such rude people who even made fun of me when i was leaving so i could hear of them laughing behind the counter. Such a waste of time. I should have read the reviews before I even started. I will never buy even a greeting card from these people.

Not happy with this Walgreens. I called to have my 2 prescription filled on a Thursday and the lady said I was all set, went to pick them up to find out she didn't fax both my prescription in to my Dr. I now have been out of one of them for 3 days now and I could have had a bad reaction to stopping the medication. I will not be using this Walgreens ever again.

Very old school Walgreens in a run down shopping center with a Market Place grocery store and a Marshall's. Actually feels like a drug store from the 80s.

I haven't had anything but fine interactions with the pharmacy or the man who is usually at the check out, but whenever I need help in finding an item, I get only a vague wave in some direction from a "floating" staff member. I am always pleasant when I need help, but in return, I get with total disinterest.

After making an appointment for a vaccination and filling out the questionnaire, I expected that I would be only a few minutes. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and not only was there no record of my appointment (even though I had a confirmation email) but there was also no record of the form I filled out on-line. I finally received the vaccine 1 hour after my allotted time. I realize the fault lies with management and not the pharmacy staff. Several people arrived and found the same issue.

MAKE CLIENTS WAIT IN PAIN AND BARELY ABLE TO WALK WITHOUT HELPING OR CARING ABOUT CLIENTS!!!!! The pharmacy left a pain patient without medication for several days leaving the patient barely able to walk no apologizing no fixing the issue and no Help at all with the client and letting them suffer and making the client do extra work. No consideration for their clients!
