Terrible customer service at the Newburyport location. Not helpful at all. Go to Salisbury instead, they do a much better job.

The people working at Newburyport PO are some of the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever spoken to. If you have to ship a package, you're better off walking it to it's destination yourself.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to have dealt with Patricia at the Newburyport office on Pleasant street. She truly is the epitome of a poor customer service employee. In my years as a client to USPS I have not had this experience anywhere in the United States - and I have lived in many cities in this wonderful country.
