Delivering my mail to someone a few streets down. Morgan ave is not high st. Good thing this random guy just happened to know my name because of the job I have in the local area. Who ever delivers mail to high st in Newbury CANNOT do their job. So many times I’ve had mail go to other houses or be returned because they can’t find my house. It’s terrible service.

If you have the Post Office hold your mail for vacation, this is where you go to pickup. Easy location in a safe industrial park area. Parking is convenient. Staff are very helpful and happy.

They will not ship packages that don't have postage and do not sell postage. Pointless location unless you are picking up. Considering the impossible parking situation in Newburyport, you folks may want to start shipping and selling postage from this location.

Would just like to say that the postal lady Julie who delivers to Plum Island is the best! She goes above & beyone every day with a smile & patience of a saint with all of our fur babies who greet her daily. Thank you for giving 100% Julie, you are very appreciated by many.

It says they are open Saturday's, I just came to drop off some boxes with all set to be shipped with my paid labels from Amazon and no one is here. And there are signs inside saying that they are open Saturday's from 8-4. Door was locked

I had to come here to sign for a piece of mail that was kicked back. The gentleman was friendly and helpful. It was a little hard to find but now that I have been there once it will be a sinch next time!
