Tina is such a lovely lady. Please come visit her shop when you are in Newburyport. She has the best Greek honey from the island of Crete. She sells amazing olive oil soaps and she even gave me a bunch of dried Greek oregano when I went a couple weeks later.

Shopping on State Street, I came to Tina's European Fashions that had a sign that read Tina’s Greek Fashions and Gifts at the time of my November 2021 visit. It was one of those unexpected finds. Inside, I found quite of variety of merchandise. There were the expected Greek sweaters, pants, skirts, shirts, blouses, T-shirts, and jewelry. Unexpected items included Greek music CD’s, Greek art, soaps, and Greek food that included coffee, olives, olive oil, spices, and grains. Everything was of great quality. I particularly liked a white shawl/stole. It was obvious that everything in the shop was selected with great care. I think that the owner has good taste in clothing and food. I rate Tina's European Fashions at 5.0 and highly recommend a visit. The reason for the delay in submitting this review was due to a months-long loss of my ability to post photos with my reviews. The woman working there was very rude. She aggressively confronted me about drinking ice tea several times even after I assured her that I would be careful. I come from a Greek family and was exited to visit this boutique, but we were very disappointed by the way we were treated and with the inventory.

Nice selection of all things Greek. Went in for some EVOO (Mediterranean Diet:-) from Greece and found so much more. Imported Greek specialties like olive oil, olives, Greek oregano and much more. Some cool clothes too. Look like you just got back from the Greek isles. And if you're looking for religious icons, they've got those too. Lots to look at under 1 roof........

The most atrocious person I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. I went into her store, with my husband and infant child. She was with a customer near the dressing room while I was browsing through dresses, when she snootily yells across the store "what do you want- what are you looking for?" I was shocked and said "nothing- just looking at dresses" she laughed and told me not to bother because they won't fit me and proceeded to make fun of me and body shame me to the other customer in the store! I was not feeling my best, as I had just given birth, and instantly started to cry. As she was smirking and chuckling she told me to leave the store continuing to yell the most humiliating, discriminatory things at me. My sweet husband was appalled and let her have it... but it was the most degrading experience... i cried for days after that. Tbh, my son is now 13 and i am just now writing a review. It still sticks with me and makes my blood boil. Needless to say I highly encourage people not to do business with this troll of a woman. If she did that to me, I'm sure she's done it to a lot of people. And the funny thing is, she's not thin nor is she young... It's fine... but I just found it to be so ironic.

Love this place. In the reviews I can clearly see some reviewers who've never met a European / Greek nonna before. Is she hilariously outspoken? Sure! Went recently to purchase a beautiful cross with jewels she'd had in her shop for 32 years. Yes, she asked if I was serious, so what? This is an owner-curated, direct line to the "old country" store. It's not Target, with some poor sap being paid the dirt-floor minimum, this is the real deal. News flash, before the race to the bottom and cheap imports from sweatshops, everywhere was this way. Tina loves her customers like family and chides you accordingly. She has lovely Greek soap, housewares, clothing, and gorgeously unique Greek / mediterranean souvenirs and jewelry.

This shop specializes in products from the owner's native country of Greece: clothing, food items, gifts, etc. I have stopped in every year for the last decade to purchase my favorite cotton "John P" brand pants in various colors (and sizes, as I gain weight). The cotton items are great for hot summer weather, and she carries them year 'round for people who might be traveling/vacationing in warmer places during the winter.
