First thing first, if you want to eat here on a Saturday night, plan ahead. We like to eat around 6:30. Use Resy, it ended up being to easier method. I could either eat at 5:40 or 8:00. I requested a quiet spot to chat. We've never been here before so I wasn't sure. They put us in a perfect spot, away from most of the noise. We split the harvest salad and my husband ordered pizza with prosciutto and I had the halibut. The salad was perfect for sharing. My only problem was the tiny sharing plates but, not a big deal! Our meals were delicious, the pizza had crispy edges, yummy! My fish was well seasoned and hot, as it should be of course. A tiny bit pricey but that's almost the norm nowadays. We will be back and make a reservation a day or three ahead.

Great food and service is friendly. The ambiance is nice but a little dark and music is loud. I'd recommend the pizza!

Went there for dinner with my gf. She ordered a glass of wine. Made the mistake of getting the Napa on. Was 16 per glass and the pour was 3 sips. If you are going to charge 16 give a good pour like at Michael's harbor side. They only charge 10 and give twice as much and same quality with a water view. I got a wood fired pizza and she got a salad with chicken. It's pricey for what you get. The personal pizza is a good deal at 15 and you could share it if you just want a snack with drinks. I liked the meatball pizza. If you go on a Friday you will be looking cky to find a spot at the bar.

Sat at the bar and was not greeted for considerable amount of time. I have never sat at a bar this long in Newburyport without being greeted. As a former bartender I was extremely disappointed in the service.

The Poynt was on point! Great service, ambience, vibe was great but the food was absolutely delicious for brunch. I can't wait to go back!

Always a good spot for brunch! I recommend getting a reservation, but the bar is big if you can't! Great food, good vibes, and yummy drinks. Their stuffed French toast is my favorite! The breakfast pizza is really good to. Someone in my party mentioned the potatoes were spicy, which they weren't aware of, so be cautious of that. Parking can sometimes be tricky if you are looking for free street parking but there is a parking lot nearby. Definitely check them out

Omg the meatballs were a meal by themselves! I love sitting at the bar and having appetizers and innovative drinks or a glass of Sauvignon Blanc or Trefethen Chardonnay.

We recently gathered with friends for an amazing evening in the Wolfe's Den at The Poynt in Newburyport. The staff was exceptional and so was the food. Jenessa was my original contact person. She helped me navigate the planning details for our party in a friendly and competent manner. The manager Jeremy, was equally friendly and helpful. After speaking with him, I felt assured all would go well, and it did. Raven was our server. She did such an amazing job with a group of older people who often were a bit "distracted". She kindly maneuvered us through ordering with a smile and laugh. We're all looking forward to another great evening at The Poynt soon.

Food was good, drinks were really good, but some diversity in the town would be nice lol, too many rich white people a small radius leads to a weird smug smell.

The drinks and atmosphere were great, but the food was subpar.
