I needed an outfit in a hurry for a funeral- Cindy took time to help pull pieces that worked well for me and my “style”. I never felt rushed. Highly recommend this Talbots and especially Cindy.

Cindy the manager was not helpful with a return and she was totally wrong about the return policy! Called customer service and they were very helpful and never heard of the return policy she told me.

The new girl who is very young and seemed to have started recently was very friendly and kind. The woman who appeared to be working there for quite some time was very rude and just had an attitude like I had to pay in order to just come in and shop there. A fan of Talbots but just didn't want to give any of my business to somebody who just acts so superior to others. I did not see her name tag but she had short black hair.

Just drove an hour to get to the Newburyport MA location, paid for parking, walked several blocks and got to Talbot's to see a stickie note on the door saying: Be back at 1:15 (this was at 12:40 that I was there). I was super disappointed as I only had about 15 minutes to shop so I abandoned my shopping plan. Wanted to pick up a lot of things as I just moved here and needed to pick up a bunch of new stuff before embarking on a trip out of town. This location just lost a lot of business as I was ready to do some serious shopping. :(

It's Talbot. Either you like their clothes or you don't. Nice location, and the Frontline store workers are very nice
