On occasion I love going to Newburyport to spend the day, shop and sit by the water and this was one of those days. I’ve bought from them twice now and the woman remembered me (not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing!), either way they always have the most comfortable clothes and I love the little free gift I get with each purchase!

I was looking up soak to see their weekend hours, and was surprised by their low rating. I guess one person had a bad experience and has 3 google accounts... odd. Anyway, I LOVE their soap, I love that they discount the ends of the soaps. I used to come in here all the time as a kid and recently found myself going in every month for some new soap. Great shop for gifts.

AVOID ! The owner is rude to customers and incredibly paranoid. After my loved one tried to return an item, she openly accused him of ripping them off. My friends, family, and I have been customers for years. We will never ever go to this sad establishment or support this rude, inconsiderate owner ever again.

How have I missed this shop in the past? The softest sweaters...lovely linen clothing...gifts for others and for yourself! A unique shop not to be missed! The shopkeeper is very helpful and accommodating. She went out if her way to help me.
