I found Smitten about a year ago and didnt think this awesome Boutique would have things to fit me but had to go in as they have such cute items. Well, the owner June and worker Lauren went above and beyond making me feel like a million bucks. Was this a fluke? Went back a few months later, same exact thing. It makes me so happy to be able to shop in this awesome store, no pressure, tons of help and leave with different, unique items feeling like a model and a million bucks. Went back a third and fourth time and always leave with beautiful items. I should keep this a secret but have to share. What a find!!!!!! Thank you Smitten!!

Just had my first shopping experience at Smitten. The clothes are just lovely. The women working there were so helpful and best of all, they were honest on what looked good, or just ok.A shout out to Wendy. I will be going back soon. Love my purchases. See you soon!

Love love love this store! The quality and style are superb.If you want to find something different that you can’t find anywhere else this is the place to do it!!,Always something unique .! The ladies who own the store are lovely and very helpful but not pushy at all. Makes shopping a pleasure! Best store in Newburyport for women’s clothes! You won’t be disappointed check it out.Fantastic costume jewelry as well.!

I have been shopping at Smitten since they opened. This is my GO TO place for fashion. The clothes are beautiful and they carry things you don't see everywhere which I love.The service is personal and caring and they always help me put together outfits which is exactly what I need. It's like having my own stylist! They don't pressure you at all, and they make shopping fun. I feel that the clothes that they carry strike the perfect balance between being on trend but still appropriate for my age. Every time I wear something from Smitten I get compliments.I spend part of the year out of the New England area -June, the owner lets me shop via FaceTime with her and then sends me what I select. How fun is that!!?Then I head straight to Smitten as soon as I am back in the area. Her whole team is wonderful and I look forward to shopping there. They make it fun and I always walk out with fabulous outfits. I cannot say enough about this shop. Do yourself a favor and go check them out!!

EXTREMELY CURT ....older women employed there who were NOT welcoming at all...spent over 400.00$ there but will NOT be going back. Will take my business over to Native Sun where they are friendly and very accommodating word to the wise DO NOT shop there

Wonderful clothing you can't find just anywhere. The owners are fabulous and associates are fantastic. Whenever my sister and I take a trip to Newberryport we always stop by and BUY something wonderful. I can't recommend this place enough.

Whenever I am in the area, I always stop by to say hello and buy some unique items that I know I will enjoy wearing. The customer service is awesome. The store is clean and I felt safe shopping there. Everyone is greeted with some sanitary spray for their hands and all are wearing masks. In addition to fun but practical clothes, they have a wide selection of reasonably priced jewelry. I always leave with bags full of purchases and a big smile on my face.
