Went for estimate over a week ago. Have followed up 3x to find out when will get it. Business 101- when customer asks for estimate you tell them will have it on X date. I understand people are busy, just communicate what is going on. Still have no idea when will get estimate. Unacceptable

So grateful and pleased. My heater was out. I was quoted over $500 everywhere else. Here I was charged little over $300 and it was done in a day. Thank you Matt! I am over the moon! Very Happy.

Shepard's always treats people fairly and respectfully. The autobody industry is beyond difficult for shops to sustain employees and deal with insurance companies (who pay an almost minimum wage rate for excellent technicians who have 25+ years of experience). Dealing with disgruntled customers... especially those who are irate, and sling insults, refusing to listen to the detailed explanation of the repairs performed (aka Joseph S, who failed to listen as the shop told him his $943.23 was being refunded, taking the labor charge off the bill, recharging him for just the parts $503.23... even after his pre-repair demands of "just get it done, just get it done"). Customer service is always challenging, in all aspects, and I am so thankful that Shepard's puts up with it all to perform reliable, top-notch repairs to keep us all safely moving along the roads

I was initially pleasantly surprised. I was having trouble getting a brake job on a 2019 Toyota 4-runner. Every place was booked for weeks out. I left a message on the weekend and got a call at 8am on Monday to make an appointment. Very responsive and easy to deal with on the phone. We had a brief discussion about my brakes. I told him it was the first brake job I had gotten on this vehicle. It barely had 40k miles. I was expecting brake pads all around. Maybe a few hundred dollars max. When I showed up to pick up my car, they dropped a bill for $1000 dollars in front of me and told me my rear brakes were seized (flat out lie) and that I needed new rotors all the way around. They went ahead and did it without ever calling me. I was furious. I'm 100% certain my rotors were just fine. I just needed new pads and the rotors turned. Then after I left I checked my credit card. They charged me 2 separate times. One for the bill they gave me at $943.23 and then a second charge for $503.23. I was beside myself angry when I left there before even discovering the second charge for over $500 so as you can imagine, my blood pressure was through the roof. Luckily I used a credit card and not a debit card so I can dispute the second charge. I'll never understand why these mechanics pull stuff like this. Why would you do this to a customer? This is flat out theft and stealing money from people.

Great job fixing my Tacoma I was hit by a Deer he dented my drivers side quarter panel unfortunately did not get the Deer's insurance info so was responsible for the $500 deductible per my insurance company. initially the Insurance adjuster paid a check for its repair it was extremely dented and Shepards Auto told me it needed replacement. Jennifer was wonderful very professional and worked directly with my Insurance company to replace the quarter panel which lessened the $500 blow to have it replaced by professionals my truck looks like new now thank you again to all. I would highly recommend Shepards they have been in buisness a long time and are extremely professional and do wonderful work.

I brought my Honda Odyssey to them due to THREE accidents: One to the rear end on the rear bumper and door; one to the passenger side and one to the front bumper. Although it took over a month to complete the repairs (probably due to do supply chain issues), they did a GREAT job and I highly recommend them!Services: Painting

Easy to find. Friendly, and empathetic to your situation. They worked with the insurance adjuster to evaluate my automobiles state and come up with a quick conclusion. In the end my car was a total loss their help was greatly appreciated.

We've used Shepard's before for repairs done through our insurance company. They've always done a great job no only on the repair but also in dealing with the insurance company. I took my newest car for an estimate to fix some scratches. They spent 15 minutes cleaning up the area I was concerned with to the point where I don't need what would have been an $800 repair.
