What a wonderful shop with exceptionally wonderful reps! Jenny, the store manager, really goes above and beyond. We ? Seabags (especially for gifts), and it feels good to know we can support a company that is giving new life to old sails while also caring about the customer experience. Will be back again and again!

One week one after I purchased, the rope came undone. I used the bag maybe 3 times? I emailed Customer Service with pictures, No response. Went back to the store, no offer to repair. Made 2 calls and then finally they told me to GO BACK to the STORE and then they'll mail it back after a repair, but can't tell me when I'll get it back. Pretty frustrating and not what I would expect from customer service. Hopefully it works out.

I visited the Newburyport location and was very disappointed. We are from Canada and I always look forward to visiting and seeing what’s new. The sales lady didn’t even look up from her book when I entered, said hello or welcomed me to the store. If I wasn’t already familiar with the bags, I would have no idea what the concept was. I felt like I was imposing on her reading and therefore, didn’t purchase. I will wait and take my money elsewhere.
