This company just starts texting you about picking up a vehicle. Even after several attempts to inform them that they have a wrong number, they choose to continue incessantly disrupting my day. Extremely unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere.

I moved from NJ to IA and my ReloTrans coordinator was Faye.From pick up to drop off everything was excellent. And I was constantly updated about the status of my vehicle. Also my car got delivered way ahead of schedule considering the holiday season. I got it within 2 days. Awesome service.

The reps were nice but what Relotrans considers as viable damage written under their policies is very unfavorable to the customer. Best to avoid IMO
