I am so grateful to Michael O'Rourke and the entire crew of Nobleport Construction for the high quality and professional work they did on enclosing my deck and renovating/upgrading my kitchen. This was a complex job with many moving parts, but Mike worked closely with me from start to finish, managing every detail, communicating with vendors and subcontractors and making sure the project ran smoothly. He worked tirelessly until every item was checked off our long to-do list. Both the deck and kitchen are beautiful, and reflect quality work and attention to detail. Mike and his team were amazing! After experiencing a large renovation, and now having Nobleport do work at our house, I know the difference in both quality of work and experience. Nobleport provided us with tiling both on the floor and the showers in two bathrooms as well as replacing multiple fixtures and a new vanity. They painted, installed light fixtures and even suggested and built a beautiful built-in to help our bathroom have a better flow and layout. From start to finish, they were kind, courteous, listened to our requests and consulted us every step of the way. The quote was very fair and they finished ahead of schedule which was heaven sent for our family of 6. Each team member was so respectful and professional, laying down paper throughout the house to keep everything as clean as possible. We had two doors installed to close off a room. These were odd dimensions and had to be customized to fit the doors. It was a great job done in no time. I will use NoblePort again and recommend you do the same. 10/10Service: Paint indoors

Mike O’Rourke at Nobleport Construction saw beyond our dingy, dark basement. His vision manifested itself into a warm, bright space that far exceeded our expectations with a family room, professional office, spa-like bathroom, organized laundry room and light filled studio space. Mike nailed it because he hires the best. His guys are highly skilled, top notch craftsmen who are also just really nice people. Mike and his crew came in and totally redid my laundry closet and put a tile floor instead of the previous wood floor. They refinished the walls in the master bath that were affected and then repainted the entire bathroom. A little messy around the shower but the rest is great. The crew were real gentlemen and I would definitely hire them again.

Mike and the crew at NoblePort helped us with a project in our bathroom. We were replacing our hot water heater and needed a custom door built to go in front of the heater.The NoblePort crew did a stellar job. They came to look at the space first and were very consultative on the best solution to our situation. They were up front and transparent about cost. My wife and I have worked with many contractors over no less than 20 years of real estate investing, rehab and general property improvement. Most recently, we renovated the entire front facade of a small cottage on Plum Island. A two plus month project which involved demo, replacement of exterior windows and doors, insulation, installation of ship lap, a new deck and entry stairs plus 12 new windows and framing). Michael and his entire team of talented pros were on site every single day - and worked with many of our scope changes on the fly and with amazing talent and professionalism. Mike O'Rourke and his crew are EXCELLENT. They are skilled, responsive, punctual and professional. They installed a Versalift to lift things up into our loft, and they did a terrific job, even though it was their first time to install one. They took great care to make sure the job was done properly. Mike was always courteous and always kept us in the loop about the status of the project. He even came RIGHT AWAY to help me move the Versalift equipment when a flash flood in my garage came and could have ruined it. I would HIGHLY recommend Nobleport Construction and will certainly contact them for any future projects.

Mike and his crew installed a versa lift system in our home. He admitted he had never installed one before but was willing to research it and give it a try. They did a super job. The versa lift works great and now we can store things in our loft. Mike and his crew were punctual, neat and did great work. He also kept us updated throughout the process. All around a wonderful experience and will definitely use NoblePort again! Thanks for the help Mike.
