I highly recommend New England Grooming Salon! Jen and Shelley are amazing. We recently moved to Newburyport and have a 13yo pup who is very anxious and sometimes cranky. He was so calm during the nail trim and he was so well cared for! I am so grateful to you. Thank you for taking such good care of DaVinci. I can tell he loved meeting you both and we will see you soon!

I have a very anxious dog, and they are amazing with him. They sit with him until we get there so he’s no scared, and he comes home clean and with trimmed nails. Lovely to work with. Nice staff. Happy dog.

Had an amazing experience today having my boy Jack groomed by Shelly. Having worked with her for a few years I knew he would be in amazing hands. He’s older and a nervous boy and Shelly and Jen took the time to get to know him and earn his trust before jumping right into the grooming process. Would love to be recommending them to everyone, but I know they are not taking on new clients as of right now. They’re the best around.

They do a great job. We always get complemts when we walk after the grooming. Last time a lady on the street said "that dog has better haircut than me." We know our dog is cared for while he is there.
