Love this pet store n all its employees n owner, Dawn is just wonderful. Each girl in there is so knowledgeable n helpful when u r trying to find the rite food, combo of food, better quality food, educating u on what things may be irritating your dog in a certain way n explaining supplements &/or nutritional additives may help u help ur dog all while making u feel like ur talking to a friend. Love the NBPT location and I’m so happy they’ve been doing so well n have expanded to multiple other locations the Danvers’s location n my there r also great!!!If you love you dogs/cats as much as I do, n want to make sure u r feeding them the best food n getting knowledgeable n educated while doing it, I highly recommend The Natural Dog!!!! ?

They're knowledgeable, helpful in finding not only the best food for your dog, but the most economical way to go about it. My bulldog eats NOTHING! But now he's eating healthy twice a day in a way I can afford, and it's such a relief. So grateful they're right in town.

We have an anxious dog with a sensitive tummy who started refusing her food. The vet was useless. Meg helped me pick out new food. Our dog gobbled it up and it improved her intestinal issues. She also took the time to make recommendations for her anxiety, recommend a boarder/day care, and a new vet! They have a lot of fantastic products, including really great collars. I went back the next day to buy more food and Meg genuinely cared that our dog was responding well to the new food. 5 star service!!

If you love your animal and want the best advice on what to feed your furry friend this is where you want to go. The owner has an advanced degree in animal nutrition. When my dog was a puppy, she would not eat anything I tried to feed her. I was advised by The Natural Dog people to try a particular dog food and now, 12 years later, my doggie is still loving this high nutrition food. They have just about anything you would want for your pets...toys, healthy snacks, leashes, etc. Friendly, nice people.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and the products they sell support the health and longevity of our pets. Gina is the best!! She was beyond generous with her time. There were other customers in the store, but she politely asked them to wait as she didn’t want to rush her time with me. There is such quality customer service at that store, nothing better than someone who knows exactly what they’re talking about!

Best Pet Store; great people with tons of knowledge, brimming with kindness with a dash of wit.They helped me transition my Furry Bestie from canned food to raw and also guided me to products that have reduced an inflammatory response in her hips from trauma-related incidents occurring before I got her.My sweet Moosh is so much happier and playful...living her best life❤️

The Natural Dog and the people on their staff are the absolute best and remain very much unmet compared to other dog and pet stores in the greater seacoast area. The staff are incredibly supportive, patient, and helpful especially when it involves food and diet changes/concerns. They also worked within my monthly budget so that whatever I integrated, I could maintain month to month. I feel at ease knowing that what I buy for my dog from this store, I really can trust and, feel happy about. So lucky and grateful to the Natural Dog! Pets and people are happy and healthy thanks to them and their passion. 5/5 strong recommend : )

A friend of mine recommended me to the natural dog. After my experience there i was content this is the place to go. The AM Cassidy did a great job explaining thoroughly what type of food is best for my 10 week old puppy and provided references for dog training. Healthly dog food was fair priced and service was excellent. We will be back. Thank you!
