“I have to say as a stop and shop employee it is really convenient to work shop and save at the same place. I use to save with Bank of America but I switched to citizens in 2016 and I am fairly satisfied. The only thing I don’t like is the confined spaces. I like banks were I can enter a door and have a waiting area. Most citizens banks are small located inside grocery stores and their is only about two or three lanes for service (excluding the ATM and counters for writing checks) so if the line gets even a little long you have to wait longer and there is no place to sit comfortably while you wait. But if that’s the biggest inconvenience I have to deal with that’s just fine. Other than the small atmosphere I am totally satisfied with citizens Bank and I am happy I switched to them two years ago.”
