  Tried walk in twice made an appointment no one was ever there multiple days in a row now from my appointment not answering the phone not returning phone calls extremely unprofessional.

  Always five star service from Liberty Tax in Grand Forks, ND. Instead of running for the hills with my extremely complicated tax filing (hello, over 20 states to file in!) they always bunker down and get the max potential refund, all with a smile. (Probably some tears and frowns along the way, in private.) Highly recommended establishment.
