Good, knowledgeable people; friendly, yet professional. They have answers. And, surprisingly, after getting what I went in for (a kind of glue to repair the sole of one of my shoes), I happened to look over and saw a pair of Muck Boots, which I was having a hard time finding for my size 5 feet...well, they're able to order them for me: all I have to do is pay for them when I pick them up.This is the kind of hardware store I grew up with.

We love having Kelly's so close to Plum Island. They have a terrific inventory of items. We shop there to help keep them in business rather than running to Seabrook.

Workers did not help me find what I was looking for. Grumpy, slow to answer. I’ve shopped here many times, but I have given up on this place. I’ll go to Home Depot, which is equally unhelpful, but at least cheaper.

Brick and mortar. Shop local. Support small business. Sounds reasonable to me so instead of ordering what I needed on-line, I waited untill after the Holliday and cycled over to Kelly's, the only hardware store that we have left in this town. I walked in and saw that both people stationed at the front of the store to greet and assist customers were both on their phones. I went to look for my item and couldn't find it. I went back to seek help but they were both on their phones. I went back and seared through other isles and departments. Nothing. I went back to the front of the store to ask for help. They were still both in their phones. So I left. Jeff Bezose is goig to have it in my hands tomorrow. I would already have it but i foolishly chose to shop local.

It was my first time using this Ace Hardware. I was very impressed when I walked in with how organized and clean the store was. They offer screen replacement services, which is why I came in. I had told the people at the counter when I drop the screens off that there were special clips on the screens to have whoever was doing the work reach out to me to see what the options were. The only phone I got was that the screens were done. I just picked them up, and to my surprise all of the old broken screen clips were put back. Disappointed with this particular service they had noted down to me with options.The number to contact me was actually still attached to the screen when I picked them up!

Awful experience filling up propane. The man assisting us was rude and ignorant. Talking down to us about how old the propane tank was. Rip off as well. Will never go back there.

Always friendly staff and super helpful. Good selection. Would much rather go here than the big box store like home Depot or Lowe's. Wish I could get this reindeer it feels real and it's so cool!
