“I was working out at the Newburyport Planet Fitness on a Friday night and finished my run on the treadmill about 10–15 minutes before closing. My AirPod fell out, landed on the treadmill, and flew somewhere out of sight. I searched for about 10 minutes, and by then the gym was closing. Instead of rushing me out at 9:00, George and Amy stayed and helped me look until my AirPod was found. They were incredibly kind and truly put effort into helping me. It’s staff like this that can turn a stressful moment into a positive one and really make someone’s day. I truly appreciated them and will be coming back here more often!”
