I have been going to compass Auto for about 8 year's now and I won't go anywhere else, they're great mechanics and you can't beat there prices. They won't rip you off like some of the other shops in town.

Made the wrong decision by going to them for my auto inspection. They failed me for multiple items which for years I never had any issue and always passed. It's a pristine condition 2013 with low miles. I went back to the dealership at Amesbury Chevy and they said there wasnt any issues and some items where unnecessary judgement calls. Compass didnt bother to help me out other than tell me to call a number and contest it. Amesbury told me to come back and they would help me, I did, and I was passed in minutes. I get following state guidelines but there were clearly unfair judgement calls in addition to the lack of caring about establishing a good customer rapport.

Would not trust them if my life depended upon it...! How many names can they change it to? How many employees have sued them since 1990?? Dishonest business and dishonest people...

After being a loyal customer for 3 years they gave me a hard time about repairing my truck. It was a track bar replacement, they said it would be a lot more. I took it to the dealer and all it was was a track bar replacement. and I could never seem to make an appointment there, they are too busy for loyal customers I guess

Great family owned and run company. Impeccable customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Can't say enough good things about their mechanic AJ. It's a little tucked away but a solid place that is my go-to, I highly recommend.

Compass Auto Works is always a fantastic experience. Randy (owner), Jake and the rest of the staff are simply tremendous to deal with. Most importantly they are completely honest and do a fabulous job on your car!!!
