“Been a member for 2 years now, the price is worth it - and what inclined me to write a review was a more recent experience that actually wasn't great (to start)... I went in for a typical wash, realized for some reason I only seemed to get a basic wash (when I pay for the premium) and had a good amount of leaves blowing around. It frustrated me enough to call their number and mention it. I spoke with Colleen and told her I've never had any complaints until now but wanted to let them know about my experience. She immediately told me she was going to refund me the wash, and ended up calling back later in the day to explain that the tech that normally cleans out the wash was battling intense wind blowing in leaves as he was trying to blow them out. Fair enough - the day I went in was super windy. She also explained due too cooler temps, some of the features normally available for the premium wash weren't immediately available, and for that reason she ended up refunding me TWO full washes. The fact that Colleen picked up the phone right away, dug into the situation, followed up with me and refunded me two washes (within the hour) left me feeling pretty great about their customer service. So again, this place is 100% worth the money. Will never give another car wash my business :) Thank you, Colleen!”

“Great little car wash. Well maintained, very clean. The cycles are generous and clean well. I see the owner there a lot and his helper. I only have a bit to pick at. $22.00 really! Also the machine speaks out your codes as you type them in if you buy a bundle. This allows others around you to hear it and potentially steal your washes. The cheap lcd screens is almost impossible to read if the sun is hitting it.”

“On my way home from church I desperately needed to wash my car. First time I used this car wash so I was a little slow at figuring it out it's a touchless car I think it's what they call. You follow the signs and enter from the back then follow the instructions which I'm bad at. Use your card or money select which kind of wash you want. You do it all on your own. Once you pay and get that far it's easy to follow. As far as car washes go it seemed like I got a good Wash. ? The car wash in itself is very clean. Now that I understand how to go about getting my car washed I will use it again definitely on my way home from church.”

“I need to launder a summer king size quilted bedspread as well as a Woolrich throw that I had for years. The throw although it was supposed to be able to launder, had a leather type backing. It was rather large too. Do I take it to the dry cleaners or do it myself at a laundromat?I picked this laundromat because it was close and appeared to be not busy. Machines looked brand new and stainless steel. The washers were clearly marked for load size: 20, 30, 40, 50 lbs. I picked two 30 lbs snd as navigating the cc reader, they were up and running. Maybe took me 30' to wash both, dry the bedspread and I was off. Loved it! Made my day.”
