I have to admit - shortly after placing my order, panic set in that I may have provided my card information to a fraudulent retailer. I received a confirmation email of my order being placed but never a peep more. I had sent a note asking when my order would be shipped about 2 days after my order was placed - still no response. Then I got received a notification from USPS a shipment was expected to my address 2 days later. The sender name was vague yet I held out hope. Never did my order update in the "shop" app. While I received the order within 5 days of placing my order and it was packed perfectly, It was the lack of communication I was concerned about. I'm so grateful we didn't need to return anything and I'd do business with this company again. The fragile items I ordered were in perfect condition and shipping was quick!

We were in your British Shop today, Friday August 23rd. Visiting from Arizona. A very nice store and excellent service. We spent eighteen months in England and loved the custard cream cookies aka biscuits. We were hoping to find some. Too bad… We would have purchased several packages. Difficult to find.

I ordered a pair of Barbour clogs from Best of British. They were packaged very well and they arrived in a very timely manner. Will shop with them again. A+++!

Gurgling cod very well made and beautiful. Fits exactly where I need it. The sticker I got is cool and my husband may put it on his computer. Would definitely use this store again.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Spanish speaking rude lady behind the counter in a British store. Could not answer a single question, not friendly, no customer service. Store is cluttered and impossible to navigate, I felt like I was going to break something each time I turned around. Not the quaint NBPT feel it once had. I do NOT recommend!

Order was confirmed, 5 days later I contacted to see when it would be shipped, no response. A partial refund was issued with no explanation. I tried to contact to cancel the order and received no response.
