Bartlett’s is always professional and careful with our Bernedoodle! They do a great job cutting her hair. Strongly recommend!

Highly recommend this grooming company. They are kind, professional, and do great work on both of our dogs. We have a large old English sheepdog who’s hair is not usually easy to deal with and we also have a small poodle-mix who has anxiety. They handle both dogs with care.

Called on a Saturday night about 7pm. Jackie (owner) answered the phone and i was shocked given the time. I told her I have a shih tzu puppy that needs grooming, trimming around his eyes at a minimum. Jackie advised they were booked out until October, although it may have been something in my voice because she said to stop by Sunday (next day) between 9 & 5. I was so grateful. Weitzel (3.5 month shih tzu) and i show up. Jackie was super welcoming as was her husband Raymond (other owner). Raymond took Weitzel (whos never been groomed and doesn't like his face/eyes being touched) and was able to teim the hair ariund his eyes in just minutes!!! I was very excited as we didn't think Weitzel would cooperate (and he didn't although Raymond was still able to get the job done). I'm so grateful that yheytook us last minute, was able to allow Weitzel to see again and JACKIE WOULDN'T TAKE ANY MONEY!!! That is just crazy! Needless to say Weitzel and I had a fantastic experience and Jackie was able to book us next month for a full grooming! Thank you very much Jackie and Raymond for your kindness and helping a puppy out in his desperate time of need. :)

My dog indy just got groomed and they did a GREAT job! She is a rescue dog, and get very frightened with being washed and dried. But she came home nice and dry and tail wagging!

Absolutely the best grooming experience for our dog. His coat is shiny, nails are trimmed. Well cared for and happy. Benji loves this place! Owners are true dog lovers. ❤️

Could not be more pleased. Kindness is the word for owners, to both our dog and us. We could see the peaceful workplace, dogs being treated well.Appointment times geared toward convenience of pet owners. Our dog was happy to see us but not pulling and tugging to leave.No, we do not need to medicate our dog for the groomer, as we have been told in the past. That tells me she was treated well.

Our first ever grooming experience was a success thanks to Barlett's Cover Pet Care. They were super kind, sweet, knowledgeable, professional and clearly so caring for all the pets walking into the store. Zeina walked out of there looking and smelling as beautiful as ever. Jackie went above and beyond at our most recent visit. I called before to let her know Moxie developed a big tumor under his upper lip since our previous visit. I was concerned because of the matting in his beard and mustache from the cbd oil, hoping it wouldn’t be a serious problem. Jackie could not have been more gracious and unfazed, reassuring me it was ok, she’d had experience with similar. I left feeling much calmer. Told he can nip when cutting by his face, I was thrilled to hear Moxie was very good, brave and patient. I can only attribute this to Jackie’s sensitivity to his situation. And, Moxie looked adogable!
