“I lived in a Karelis property from 2007-2010 and then had to move to Washington DC for a few years. In 2015 the same apartment where I live previously became available and I happily moved back. The building where I live is affordable, clean, and well maintained. Many properties in NBPT are older buildings that are not suited for everyone, but as a disabled veteran I refute any discrimination claims. I love living here!”
