We have warranty issues from a 2020 FP purchase that we have tried relentlessly to get reimbursed for & keep hitting a wall. The run around & back & forth to chase them down for 2 years now is beyond frustrating & absolutely unprofessional. If you purchase from Jack & Will....plan to spend more time calling & emailing & messaging them than sailing. I know their are others who share our frustrations. Warranty reimbursement is a right that they are denying us by not doing their job.

I had the pleasure of working with yacht broker Alfred Link on a brokerage sailboat recently and found him attentive to details, quick to respond, knowledgeable about the boat and the transaction process, and excellent with following through to the completion.

We came into contact with Advantage Yacht Sales before we'd really made up our minds as to what we wanted. Alfred did a great job listening to what was important to us and then directed us to a pre-owned boat that fit our needs perfectly. It's nice to work with people who love what they do and have the proper level of expertise to help you make good decisions!

We purchased our boat in December of 2019. Alfred did an excellent job tirelessly working with us! The boat was to be launched in May of 2020 and given we live 5 hours south of where the boat is it was critical that we had someone local for all sorts of question and assistance. Alfred helped every step of the way until the boat was launched and even cared how the delivery went after.

It has been year and a half since I bought my Beneteau 35 from Advantage and I wish I have never done so. Besides endless warranty repair problems (there are still outstanding items) my mast failed catastrophically (broken in several places) due to installation error by Advantage on May 19 2019. This happened in approximately 17 knots of true wind when I was close-hauled on port tack.
