This store has grocery, snacks, surf boards, and incredible selection of wine. Staff is friendly and knowledgable about the area. There are comfy tees and hoodies, hats, and so much more for sale. When I visit this store I feel at home and nothing is more important to me than that (and a great glass of wine to sip while watching the sunset, let's be real). The prices are reasonable- in fact, lower than expected considering we are on an island, so I appreciate not having to make a trek into town.

I'm a semi-local and a capitalist, but these folks are basically the only shop on the island and take advantage of it. Yup, they own several businesses on the island, including lots of rentals. Really, they charge $39.00 for a propane exchange when Home Depot charges $22. Do yourself a favor, buy your beer, propane, cheese, and chips before you arrive. Feel free to get ice cream hear, it's good, but plan ahead because it is slow! Not just this year (2023), but every year it has been open! I like to support local businesses...go to the Butchery for your forgotten items and their tips and chicken. Looking for propane, a quick trip to Seabrook will save you almost $20 and you can fill up with gas while you're there, and stop at the NH liquor while you're at it. By the way, they used to charge $25 for propane. Don't tell me inflation or the price of "gas" others have not changed. Their price almost doubled when the Plum Island Kitchen closed They are the only gig on the island and they know it. If you want a PI sticker or souvenir hat or T-shirt, give them your business.

The best variety of beer, wine, spirits, convenience AND an amazing surf shop with awesome apparel, hats and more. Get it ALL at The Cottage. We’ve gotten so many great pieces there - from kids hats, to adult sweatshirts, beer can holders, and more. Our favorite spot!

Cute little market with everything you need for a beach day. I ran in while my dog was hooked onto the railing outside and the clerk gave me a treat to bring out to her!

Always a good vibe here! Tyler is keen knowledge on the beer, Luke is smooth on the wine, even if only an “Educated Guess”, and everyone else is sure to treat you swell. Great little store, with an excellent beer and wine selection, and super friendly staff! Plus a surf shop and ice cream in the summer. The people who left one star reviews weren't hugged enough as children!

A friend bought her husband a $60 2XL sweatshirt for his birthday. He usually fits a 2XL. It didn't fit and they wouldn't take it back without a receipt. She eventually found the receipt and then is was too long after purchasing. Owner wasn't around to ask about allowing a swap, left the sweatshirt and receipt with clerk. Never got a call from owner about the sweatshirt. After more than a week went back and was told they wouldn't accept it back. Won't ever set foot inside that store and I personally live on the island. Lost my business for good! Get your lottery at Plum Island Provisions and sweatshirts at Surfland.
