“My dog snickers loves it there! We have been sending him since he was only a couple months old is now nine years old and it’s amazing take great care of your pets and provide food. They do pick up and drop off to!! he’s always so excited when they come and he knows they’re coming till he waits at the door excitedly until they come or looks at the window. They also have a cute little store there! They always make sure he smells amazing once he get grooms, and they give you a little bandanna for the dog!”

“Bought a new fish tank-found it easily. The one worker at that time was able to greet us and answer a question right away. Then she had some checkouts to do. It was the end of the day but I think she did well. Maybe being alone and within 1/2 hour of closing I would be unable to smile but she did, I think when there are 2 workers they pump each other up so that is why I am saying so much. She did go to work on shelving or something as we left. I just thought lucky for Petco it wasn't me working alone, I would have sat down after checking out 3 orders. I went outside. My cart rolled away while I had the glass tank in my hands. And the cart went far down the hill, she came out and got it. You picked a good worker for closing that night. See ya!!”
“This review is not in regard to my experience at PetSmart, which has been very good for years. This review is in response to a scathing review, left by Victoria S. of Seabrook. Dear Victoria, I very rarely read reviews and have never responded to another's review, however your review screams for a response. Did you see your dog get strangled, Victoria; if not, how could you write such a thing? Furthermore, if your Chihuahua is 27 pounds...I hope the 'mix' is of larger dog...it is very unhealthy for a dog to be overweight. If your dog "is not great for this kind of thing", you should find a groomer who specializes in troubled dogs or seek medication. My standard poodle, rescued from the Asian meat markets, has never had trouble being groomed at PetSmart although she had been tortured for the first year of her life. Every groomer, even the inexperienced, has been very gentle and kind. Donna S. Amesbury”
