“I have been there DOZENS of times since moving to Ipswich in 2017! Always a fun experience as the place reminds me of the Gloria Chain Stores of my youth. From the four-pack of tastie Sangria to the Tahini (...which was suggested by the owner for my hummus!) Their fresh-cut fruits, tastie and filling Italian Giant sandwich, helpful and friendly staff and reasonable prices make me grateful for the Green Grocer being here! I wish the hours were extended but that's not a complaint...just a wish for post-work visits. Thanks Green Grocer!”

“Shopping on State Street, I stopped in at the Stonewall Kitchen Newburyport Company Store. The flagship store in York, ME and several company stores are close to Dover, NH where I live. Stonewall Kitchen is a favorite place to shop for fine foods for the holidays and gift-giving. At the time of my November 2021 visit, I was shopping for the November and December holidays. I went for the household favorite Gingerbread Butter at $7.95 first, followed by the Gingerbread Pancake & Waffle Mix at $9.95 and Peppermint Hot Chocolate at $11.95, and finally the Chocolate Peppermint Sauce at $7.95. I rate Stonewall Kitchen at 5.0 and highly recommend stopping by to pick up some of the company’s high-quality, delicious foods. “I love this Seabrook Market Basket. It's in the old Seabrook Plaza, the one with an abandoned Ames Department Store. I'm from Haverhill and I make sure to hit this Market Basket every couple of weeks. Don't confuse this Market Basket with the supersized one, also in Seabrook. It's the smaller one. It's a lot less crowded with plenty of great parking. Obviously you're not going to have the selection of the Super Size Market Baskets, but it's worth the trade off. Great staff! No long Waits! It's a Hidden Gem!”

“I have been coming here for 30 years before they moved. They literally have everything. Beer, lotto, smokes, marshmellos, graham crackers, chocolate covered crickets lol. The girls are great who work here and there is a dunks next door if that is your thing. Oh and gas and propane!”

“I avoid grocery stores as the hustle and bustle gets to be too distracting and loud for me. But this experience, shopping at what I would consider an older Market Basket (I still call it Demoulas!) was fabulous!I feel their selection of foods, especially as someone who loves to cook/eat Italian, is the best I've seen in any grocery in the area.The folks were friendly and I even exchanged recipes standing in the produce section with fellow shoppers!The scali bread is soft inside, crispy outside as it should be! No one makes scali like Market Basket!Our cashier was hysterical and we giggled our way through the checkout line. A nice experience all-in-all and this is where we'll do the bulk of our grocery shopping from now on while staying in the area!”

“Just moved to Boxford from California and didn't expect the full features of a 'market'. They had excellent fruits and vegetables even in the dead of the winter season. The deli was as big or bigger than most of the so-called 'supermarket', as was the prepared food sections of quiches and pot pies. I found everything I needed and will be back to browse for extras! This is way more convenient than the drive into Andover and there's no good reason to with Crosby's here.”

“This was my first time in the store after many years having moved out of the area. I understand it is under new ownership. The staff was super friendly and pretty much everything you could need or last minute things you are searching for are here! The prices are not bad at all. The location is great and within reasonable walking distance to most lodging.”

“Went to buy jeans. Also found nice flannel shirts for under twelve dollars. I selected six different colors. The woman at the changing booths was very pleasant. Been a while since I have been there I forget how big this place is. Lots of halloween products out. And yes the also have out all the Christmas decorations already out. But we were in and out. They are plenty of options to cater to everyones tastes. Boar Head Meats, Florist, store brands also a decent price well below the name brands. It is clean and neat with lots of customer service.”

“Like most speciality stores there are going to be some hits and misses. The produce always looks good and is well displayed. They do offer some unique produce. This last trip I picked up some small containers of their bean dip and bacon horseradish dip which were awful and ended up being tossed out after sitting in the fridge for weeks. They just didn't have much flavor. I'll be staying away from the dips for sure in the future. I bought a wonderful loaf of sour dough bread. I also got a peach pie which was fantastic. You could tell they used fresh peaches (at least that is what I concluded from the texture) and the crust was good. It is a little pricey and much more commercial than your typical farm stand but still worth the trip if you are in the area.”
