Ben and his team were incredible! Very communicative and prompt with following up with insurance. He gave us an estimate of 7-10 days and was finished in 6. Detailed my vehicle for me upon return! A deer jumped right out in front of my car and unfortunately not only did it loose its life it caused a lot of damage to my vehicle. My Insurance Company gave me such a hard time with just even getting an adjuster to come to my area (which they refused to do). So, as frustrated as I was, I called Countryside Customs and they handled the ENTIRE process. Amazing, they even had the adjuster come to their garage :) (ha! ha!) And my car looks brand new. They do fantastic work. Thank you SO SO MUCH. You guys are awesome!!!!

I had a deer hit my car going home from and had good damage from that accident. They worked on my parents two cars and they are very happy with their work. I am also happy with the work and done in a timely manner would go back to them and send anyone to them for work.Services: Body & Trim

We just picked up our Honda Pilot last week from Countryside Customs. This past August we were at an evening soccer game at Gillette and came back late after the game and noticed some minor damage to the car's rear bumper. Ben and his crew have done some work for us in the past, so we were confident that they would do a great job again. We were not disappointed! Not only did they replace the bumper, and fix the damage, but they also noticed a small mark on the front of our vehicle and got rid of that too! (this was a bonus! ) They also vacuumed the interior! The personal service and attention that they gave us was amazing. In addition, the communication that they had with us was great and our car was ready as promised in a timely manner. The communication and service was most excellent. They took care of everything, from getting my truck from the nightmare experience I had in New York(they even offered to bring me a car) to dealing with insurance company. All I did was pick it up when they were done.Services: Welding

My truck was rear-ended, they had it in the shop the day after I talked to them. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. They kept in touch so I knew what was going on. I brought in my hood and bumper from my Dodge Neon Srt4 that was damaged to get repaired / repainted. From the get go Rob and Ben went above and beyond explaining the process and dealing with the insurance adjuster to get as much $ as possible for the claim. They were very professional and always called or texted almost immediately once I contacted them (they were even willing to break off family time to come meet me on Easter Sunday so that I could pick up my parts; not many business would make accomodations like that).The car was repainted at some point in its life so they needed to match the color.....and it's almost perfect.
