I've been a customer for 4 years and have received extremely helpful customer service from the staff at this location. Wait times tend to be long but once being helped, I have been met with an efficient and polite employee every time.

And today's telephone experience as Xfinity has now crossed the line into telephones it takes an agent sometimes 30 to 60 Minutes to work with the person to sell them the phone and get it all set up for them while a person who just wants to drop off a piece of equipment or exchange of modem has to sit in line and wait anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes just to do a swap is not acceptable if you get into the telephone where you're taking time to sell a setup these phones then you should have a desk with one person just accepting swaps and Technical does it difference between sales and Technical Services and the two should be two different lines

Xfinity is a rip off and if u want to pay a bill u have to a wait for so long to get served and don't count on going there and your out of there in 15 minutes and people that are on the clock can do what they want to do and be on the phone with people and play games on there phone and still be on the clock u guys fucking suck for customers

If you're going to close your store early at least tell the costumers at the door.Beyond appalled that a worker can just ignore other customers pointing out a customer at the front door.She was blatantly ignoring the front door until it was actually 6:00 so she wouldnt have to do her job

The advertised hours closed at 6:00 p.m.The New Bedford store closed and locked their doors early by 5: 40.When I tried to get the attention of the woman working jan 11th, she pretended not to see me even though other customers were pointing me out at the door.When she finally came to the she was extremely rude and refused service even though it was only 550 by the time she decided to stop pretendingI understand that people want to go home early but if you're going to advertise your business hours until 6:00 p.m. then you should follow through and not allow your employees to close whenever they feel is a good

Company is scam there mobile service paid multiple phones off refuse to unlock every single one it's the law Comcast id recommend going else where all they do is piggy back off Verizon anyways ..if u wanna be scammed stay with this company !
