Nobody writes on here . I go there all the time close to my house . Horrible staff. They always talking on their phone. They have an ear piece in their ear . Unprofessional, attitude all the time . The girl Tanya with the long nails has no respect . She always on the phone as well. Spoke to the manager about an issue and said well there are other stores to shop at. Getto place with getto people

If I could give zero stars I would. These people, specifically Kathy are rude and terrible at filling prescriptions and dealing with issues the pharmacy has created. ( a they filled my diabetic script in another state) She threatened to not fill my prescription as I was explaining to her what the issue is, saying the longer I talk the longer it takes. She continued to talk over me and cut me off. Unfortunately this is not the first time this happened. I will be switching. Very inconsiderate to the community at which she is supposed to serve. We will be switching and filing a complaint with the board of health and Walgreens corporate office. Hopefully there is some kind of consequence for her actions and very inappropriate behavior .this review is for the Stuart Florida location off cove road. I don’t know why it has posted here but it will not allow me to change it.

I only have used Walgreens for my pharmacy needs. I love how they have text messaging services from the pharmacy! They let you know when they receive a script from your Doctor or when script is ready for pick up

I spent $87 earlier today and had to return a $15 item a hours later. When I did the original purchase the cashier asked me if I wanted to use $4 in Walgreens points. I said sure so the total was $83. When I did the return with the receipt I was told because big the $4 in points used I couldn't have my money back that I had to have a Walgreens credit which I didn't want. What did the points have to do with anything I still spent $83 after the points. The cashier Luis got short with me .So I asked for the manager and this there no manager so a girl Shannigua named acting like a manager comes over and starts talking to me with the worst attitude ever. I told her that her attitude was horrible and she shouldn't be yelling at customers. Her answer was that's just the way I talk. Huh so you normally raise you voice and talk to people in an agressive manner. How did this person ever become a manager?I am pulling all 12 of my prescriptions this place. One more thing I asked Luis for Shannigua name and he refused to give it told me to leave and after we had words wanted to come outside and fight me. Nice place, get ripped off, yelled at, and threatened!

I walked in for a covid-19 vaccine at an appointment at 4 45 p.m. after driving for an hour and was treated very badly. I feel I was discriminated against. An associate named Daija asked me fill in the form and wait. After the form was filled and returned she deliberately allowed other people who came after me to get their vaccines first, And when confronted about it she blatantly lied that they were there first(Its all in the camera footage). Really shook up by the experience. Would never suggest people to go this walgreens if this how they treat people.

Please don’t waste your time by going there , since they changed from rite aid to Walgreens it’s a nightmare, if you had a record with rite aid , they lost everything as Walgreens, all the refills and your information is all lost, I opted to switch from pharmacy
