How can you stop delivering our mail without notifing us because this is over grown you can clearly get up the steps and to our mailbox. Absolutely ridiculous

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the USPS on Belleville Ave today, August 12th. The mail carrier decided to leave important paperwork from SSI outside in the rain instead of placing it in the actual mailboxes. This wasn't just my mail; it was everyone's in my building.
It seems the carrier didn't want to get caught in the rain, but that is no excuse for leaving people's mail where it can get wet and damaged. Important documents were soaked and potentially ruined because of this negligence. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the USPS takes immediate action to ensure this doesn't happen again!

Terrible post office - the manager at this location, John doesn’t care about people. He brings his personal issues to work and pushes his own agenda to advance himself. He doesn’t care about the employees here which leads to many of them quitting. The ones who remain have very poor etiquette and could care less about your mail which leads to the mishandling of it.
The USPS needs to do some serious leadership training, especially at this specific facility.

The hold on your service is horrible. You are always using a computer system never a human being and it just keeps on taking you from one place to another without giving you any answers to your questions. Your service is horrible.

Drop your letters off at the mailbox inside!There are mailbox pirates that steal from the mail boxs .The 2 in the front !!!On more then one occasion we have had money orders we put in the mailbox in the front and they were never received.. Unfortunate but true.I will not name any names but when we talked to one of the workers about our mail not getting to where it's supposed to be that is what she told us.The boxes have been getting robbed !

This post office is horrible for mail and deliveries! I keep getting the house next doors mail. Had a package delivered last week and found it in the middle of my yard. Postman just threw it over the fence! Really! Should have put it on front or back stairs where it could be seen by me or the other tenants. Luckily it didn't break or the post office would have gotten a piece of my mind and been responsible for a new one in my book. Also they have left mine and other people in my buildings mail on top of the mailbox for people to steal. Have complained numerous times by phone to no avail. Something needs to change with this post office.

Our mail carrier who works out of this post office has been delivering the wrong mail on Westgate St.for months now. A neighbor complained a few months back to the supervisor in this post office but nothing has improved. All of us on this street keep getting each other’s mail!! You are telling me she can’t match the address on the envelope to the address on the house?? She needs to be fired!!

Mailman did not deliver my package because he had altercation with my neighbor. Okay what does that have to so with me. So my packages won't get delivered because of my neighbor. Really ridiculous it's not my problem why am I getting penalized about it.
