Virginia and the staff at Tax Lady New Bedford provide superior service ! I’ve been going to the Tax Lady for about 15 years. However, last year because personal issues I was unable to follow through with my appointment so ended up going to H & R Block last minute and I’ll be sure to never make that mistake again. Not only does Virginia and her staff provide phenomenal customer service, you’ll also have a much more personal experience where you can feel that the ladies over there will go the extra mile to maximize your return even if it entails more work on their end. At H&R Block it was clear that they just wanted to get you in and out and you were just a customer, they didn’t care to remember your name or create a long term client relationship. My tax filing fee was similar at both places but although my income and filing status remained the same, my return was 3x as much this year with the Tax Lady than H&R Block. Virginia even noticed the big difference in my return and seen that H&R Block failed to maximize my return and therefore we will be amending my taxes from 2021. I couldn’t be more thankful for Virginia and her staff !

Was recommend to go here for my taxes and the recommendation did not disappoint. Virginia was so great I went in there in a full panic and anxiety, left feeling supported and having solutions to my tax issues. She is wonderful, kind, smart and super helpful. Her welcoming environment and transparency was what I needed. I have been to so several tax folks over the years but I finally found my tax person. I highly recommend Tax Lady.

When one lacks critical thinking , logical reasoning , common sense and an independent mind and is so gullible to swallow the propaganda rather than actual Facts and Truths , they should not be trusted with your taxes . The Psychosis brought about by a PLANNEDEMIC , exposes those weak of mind and character . The one good thing about about coronaHoax , is now you can spot the morons by their muzzle .

This is the BEST Tax Prep office around! Virginia and her staff are honest straight shooters and very compassionate. It's like coming to your sister's house for a visit. No matter what your tax or book-keeping concerns may be, this is the place to help you.

I have been doing my taxes with Virginia at the Tax Lady since 2010! Her and her team have always been so amazing to me each year! The atmosphere and culture in the office is nothing short of amazing! They are always here to help with any and all tax questions I need and throughly explain everything so I understand.
