After having looked around at a couple other used dealerships, and hearing great reviews from both mine and my boyfriend's family, I ended up getting a very nice 2015 Ford Edge from Ralph's in June.
The purchasing process was extremely smooth, Ralph worked out a great deal with us and gave me a fair trade in value on my old car. I was able to pick it up in about a week and every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful and very competent. Also, I absolutely LOVE this car.
I would absolutely recommend checking out Ralph's for your next car, but there are two very small factors that made me lower my rating from 5 to 4 stars.
The first, is that when I picked up the car, there was one panel missing from the dash but I was assured it was no issue, and that as soon as it arrived at the shop they would give me a call and it would be fixed. The missing panel has no impact on driving or using my car, but just doesn't look great. I waited as long as I did to write this review because I really wanted to be able to say that it had been taken care of when I did, but sadly it hasn't. The last time we check in with them, we were told that the part has been hard to get, but that we would hear from them as soon as they get it, so if that happens I will immediately update this.
The other issue I had was that a little over a month after I bought it, I ended up having to do front brake work. This probably wouldn't have impacted my rating because it is a used and older car, but it was slightly frustrating that it was so soon after the 30 day warranty and I felt like it should be mentioned.

I wasn't expecting to have to buy a car but suddenly was thrown into auto shopping when my old car became unreliable. I shopped around a bit and soon ended up at Ralph's on a trusted recommendation. I had been worried I wouldn't find the right car anywhere. But Ralph and Tammy worked to find me the car that is just right for me. My new car fits all my needs. It rides great, looks good, feels comfortable and is good on gas. Best of all the payments are not the nightmare I was expecting. It's actually great financing. I definitely recommend Ralph's Auto Center to anyone looking for a car.

I had a very wonder and fast transaction here, they were very helpful, went over everything thoroughly with me, and as someone with not so good credit i was able to get a very nice car for a super comfortable price for me. everything was smooth and easy so if you’re in need of a car or service on one you should give this place a look, you might find something you really love.

I put off buying a car because I didn't know where to start and felt overwhelmed by the process. At Ralph's, EVERYONE was very helpful and made the process as simple for me as possible. For someone who isn't familiar with car buying or maintenance, the sales AND services at Ralph's were incredibly supportive and made things easy for me. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Be careful if you are looking at that blue Lincoln Town Car L! It was very rusty but they sprayed it over with undercoating. Run away from that car!
