“I’m very pleased that this year I no longer have to wait and BEG for deliveries!!! The drivers are great here in Fairhaven, Mass (Westport office). Huge improvement from the past few years. But still extremely disappointed to not have a local office. Making phone calls to 800#, the workers (wherever they are) are clueless when asked questions. They just listen to you talk and agree but don’t keep their word or follow through with requests. Makes you wonder how knowledgeable and trained they are. Telephone services are POOR. Loss of local office is a big decline in your company. Not customer friendly or personable now. Been an AmeriGas customer for about 40 years. Miss the service your company once provided. But overall, prompt deliveries this 2023-2024 season has been an improvement over the past few years. Drivers do a great job ?”

“I didn't have any issues what so ever. The truck was very clean, it ran smoothly. U-Haul let's you inspect the truck it self before you leave with it, they let you take pictures if there is already damaged areas to the van or truck so you don't be held responsible for anything that is not your fault. I over all didn't have an issue with the truck I rented, the only thing that i didn't like which I should of ask them was there wasn't a ramp on the truck to wheel up heavily items but i should of asked if they had a truck with a ramp so that is my fault.. I would Definitely recommend that you chose U-Haul for moving because they had reasonable prices, they are clean and on top of the basics, like how much gas is in the truck and the mileage exedra.”
