I had an excellent experience with Prime Storage New Bedford. My unit was clean and easy to access. Staff was helpful and helped to make move-in and move-out a breeze. Never an issue with auto-pay. Definitely recommend!

I had to delete and change my review! Because after being there for some time now! I have many issues! First of all there is a leaking water issue in the building and I started the process on May 4th 2024, with one of the floating managers to put in my insurance claim and they were suppose to get back to me within 24-72 hours! They ignore you they stopped responding through email! Now mind you I have submitted all the proof and have witnesses that there is a water issue in that building and the company is not helping me! It’s been almost a month and they won’t respond to any emails that I ask for updates!! So tried reaching out on fb and they delete my pleas for assistance! I am being completely ignored at this point! When you get into a unit you have to have insurance what’s the use of charging people crazy money if you are not going to honor your own policies! I have since contacted the BBB and next is my lawyer! This is so wrong and unprofessional! Oh they don’t like when you say only correspondence through email! I will add some photos! But I do not recommend this company!

Matt went went out of his way to be helpful. He made the stress of moving much easier. My storage unit was clean & easy to access.

Prime storage has very friendly employees and its a very clean place. Was there for 7 months and never had any problems.

they were extremely nice and found me the best deal to suit what I needed. only complaint I have is hours to put stuff in as I work 7 am to 10 pm a few days a week

The storage is clean but they don't have enough hand trucks to move ur furniture we have to look at different storage units to fine one

The only reason for a 4 star is because a rude employee named Matt kicked me out the building and was very rude. He never locked the door while showing a unit to a customer. I walked in the building and he came to the front office where I was waiting and tried screaming on me. Saying I shouldn’t be in the building while he was showing a unit. He said the door was locked but it was not locked. So he kicked me out and I couldn’t pay my bill making my bill late and a20 dollar late charge. Other than that this is a good storage company. Thai always helps me out so if you use this ask for him he’s a great guy. Thanks

Just wanted to note the excellent service I received from Todd at this facility. He quickly jumped on an issue I had and, while it isn't completely resolved yet, is following through to be sure that it is.
