These people are scam artists and petty. They tried to charge me almost a grand for a power steering pump. I got it fixed at another mechanic for 180$. When picking up my car they “lost my keys” for a few hours and the mechanic was rude and defensive just because I wanted to take my car somewhere else. AVOID

It's it's been there for a long time I remember it as a kid it's a wonderful place to have your car repaired people are nice very helpful.

I had body work done on my car. The passenger door had to done and the front bumper.The door handle was not done. I checked my paperwork and I was charged. I very disappointed .Services: Painting

I went there to get my passenger side done, the body work. I noticed they didn't do the handle. I went back the next day and the guy,Gus,said it wasn't on the paperwork to be done. I checked my paperwork and it did state it was to be done. I was charged and it wasn't done. I don't won't to go to a place where they're not honest with their customers and just straight lie to person.

This place is an absolute scam! February 2022 I got what I was told was a “brand new” alternator put into my car. A car that within that year I only drove about 6,000 miles at most. Come Apr 2023 I start having issues I think is just the battery, take it to the mechanic and they tell me it’s my alternator. I ask my mechanic to give me the information on the alternator he is replacing and they tell me it was a rebuilt alternator. I called Pintos and they basically told me nothing and said exact words “an alternators life span is about a year” that is absolutely not true. Sad to think they scammed someone who really doesn’t know better. So sad.

These guys rock!!!!! They took my car in after someone backed into me & took care of me. I also had them do some other work to my car as well and they got it done a lot sooner then I expected and it came out far better then I expected. We been using Pinto's Garage and Auto Body for many years. Always satisfied with their professionalism, care and handling of our problems whether it be for a mechanical issue or damage to one of our vehicle. Gus Sr, Gus Jr, Maria, Deb along with his crew have always exceeded our expectations. Someone recently hit our vehicle causing damage to the front bumper. Vehicle is a 3-stage pearl white which is one of the harder colors to match. As you can see, they matched the color perfectly. You can't tell it was ever hit. I am a licensed auto damage appraiser and have extensive experience in the automotive field. This is why I chose Pinto's Garage and Auto Body to repair our vehicle and hope that you do too. They are friendly and knowledgeable and have been there since the 70's. Thank you!
