I have used this place for my gas service a few times and every time I go I normally pay with cash but I didn't have any on me so I used my card. I bought 21$ worth of gas. They charged me 50$ I called to see why they had charged me nearly extra 30$ and the guy said it's a holding fee that it should be put back on soon. I am like why was it taken out in the first place he couldn't answer that and for your me to talk to the owner. So I'm asking when is he available and one more question which I didn't get answered cause the attendant hung up on me. So I am frustrated and I will call Tony tomorrow which that's is supposedly the owners name. This is my first issue with this place and I don't care for how they handled my issue hanging up on a customer for asking questions about an unauthorized charge. There should honestly be something warning you that if you use your card there is a holding fee and that that fee will be put back within a certain amount of time.

Uses to grab my venom energy drinks here every day. Employees have always been wicked nice to me and my girlfriend. One of them even let me bring my dog in so I didn't have to leave him in the car with the window down.

Definitely a garbage convenience store / gas station. Rude and questionable employees. A variety of regular panhandlers constantly loitering and begging for money and cigarettes from anyone. Drug deals, shootings, you name it!

My husband went here at 4AM the other morning to grab an energy drink. My husband scanned my ebt card for a purchase of $10.62, they told him the machine was down and asked if he wanted to scan the card again. My husband agreed and put the pin in a second time. They told him the machine was down and roughly grabbed the bag of drinks from him. My husband said he would pay with cash then. As soon as he got out of the store he called the ebt card and checked the transactions and that $10.62 charge was on there 6 times!!!!!! Mind you he only entered the pin twice so I’m unsure how that even happened. So we paid $74+ for 3 energy drinks!!! Since then my husband has been back and forth between the 2 petro marts and they keep telling him to talk to the owner. “Oh he’s at the other one right now” “oh you just missed him 5 minutes ago” we keep getting the run around, and they basically tried saying that the card is lying when he played back the transactions for them. We have been going to that store for years and put up with their terrible attitudes, but now they seriously lost good customers. I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Would give zero stars if possible

Great 24 hr gas station, fairly low prices and have a little bit of everything to offer, right off of the coggeshall st exit on 195.

I would give them No freaking stars this place is a s*** hole I would rather pay more for gas or anything for that matter then come to this place. Worse gas station in the city I dont recommend anyone come here at all the manager or who ever he is was a j*** and rude had no idea what the hell he was talking about and the worker was even worse to go and have to ask him about what I needed it was so crazy and i never post anything about any place but i just had to so no other person experiences what i just did thanks for absolutely nothing Petro Mart what a joke!!!

I was treated rudely and could overhear workers chuckling about my appearance and sexual orientation it is not only unprofessional but cruel and possibly punishable in a court of law one man was slovenly and unkept the other a smug Golden Boy type the worst part was the humiliation when I asked for a pack of blu e-Cig pods he said as I was walking oway blue that's what he does I get it blows

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! We were driving through the area and found this location in a Google Maps search for car washes. We arrived and found the machine with a hand-written note stating that the debit/credit card payment option was not available and we would need to pay with cash. We put $10 in the machine and it automatically said we chose the deluxe option and told us to proceed into the car wash. We drove in and positioned our vehicle where the lightboard indicated we should with a red hand. The machine arms moved around the car one time with nothing coming out of them. The "countdown" board indicating which stage in the carwash process you are in never lit up. We waited several minutes and absolutely nothing happened. I proceeded to try to call, but no one answered the phones. I went inside and the clerk said that it wasn't his problem. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
