I wish I can give 0 starts . Worst place to buy your clothes , they sell damage clothes to you and they refuse to change for others clothes or get your money back. Poor management and communication.

My husband went here to buy some stuff for his birthday. He can in with our young daughters and left empty handed. The two staff members followed him around the store and never spoke to him or asked if he needed help. Hire professional staff not just what's available. Thats how you lose money and business.

My BF bought some gaming headphones on Sunday & they did not work at all. He didn't expect them to be great but he did expect them to work. I went to return them on Monday and the lady was making it seem like I took something from the box. She ripped it open and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted another one. I said no because those probably won't work either I will just take the refund. I had my receipt. She said we don't do that I said but u sold something that doesn't work. So I asked her for an 800 number or someone above the store level. She said I am not giving it to u Google it. I was in shock that's the response I got. Then I asked her what her name was and she said she wasn't giving me that either. I said well they will know who u r anyway when I say you were working on 12/19/22 at 4:40pm then she said Maria so who knows. I had to call another store to get the number and then I called that number & nobody was available to talk to me I was told to call back and talk to VICTOR I called back Tuesday & no answer at all. So BEWARE of what u buy here and clearly customer service is not at the top of PCX's priorities or Victor's for that matter. And their return policy says nothing about electronics which headphones are classified as. ?????

The only reason I gave one star is beachside I can't give it zero my man bought white jeans put them on the hanger now they all have yellow lines going threw them all our other white cloths is fine but the white jeans he got there r all messed up smh 4 pairs not just one

The clothes are decent especially for the price. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were a couple clothes that looked a little stretched out that once you wash them they be destroyed. The two girls at the front desk would definitely make me come again. They were very friendly easy to talk to and talk to you like a regular person. I hate when you go in stores and the person at the desk is rude and treats everything just like a Sale. I heard people say the girls at the desk are ghetto. There's nothing wrong with a little ghetto. And look where they work at. They need to be able to relate to the people they're selling stuff too. If you don't like it then don't shop there. But I enjoyed the sales girls very much

I bought my daughter a pair of boots for school, she wore them ONCE to school and the inside started falling apart, they would not exchange them! They had the audacity to say "they were cheap anyway". No matter what they shouldn't have fell apart in a few hours! Not to mention my child was very upset she really liked the boots till they fell apart! We used to shop here often but we NEVER will again. On top of it all the lady that "handled" the situation was very rude & ignorant. Bcuz they had been worn they couldn't exchange thwm, how are you supposed to know they will fall apart from wearing them for a few hours unless you wear them!? Yes they were worn, for literally a few hours & fell apart then bothered her foot the rest of the school day! Very very disgusted with the service here.
