I’ve never had such terrible client experience. They will never get another penny from me, I went to return an unworn item with the receipt and they would not accept it. I waited two months for a product that I purchased for Father’s Day just for them to tell me they didn’t have it still and that they can offer me a different product than the one I paid for. The owner wouldn’t accept my return and told me to take her to court for the refund. She then reimbursed me for ONE of my items with cash when I stated I wanted it on the original for of payment. Another inconvenience. She then proceeded to speak about me in Portuguese not knowing that I also speak and 100% understand Portuguese. So many people have advised me to not do business here but I chose to develop my own opinion. I should’ve taken their word, this place does TERRIBLE business. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. If ZERO stars was an option that’s the rating I would’ve chose.

I went in saturday. Really nice store.Has alot of different products.Tvs soundsystems, jewelery etc.Everyone was really friendly and pleasant. I will definetly go back and was really impressed with all the different products they have.They have Cellphones that are unlocked and can use anywhere,even out of the country.

What kind of business is this anyways who can't clear there answering service, you call and the answering service is full. This place is very unprofessional, your service goes down and you can't even call to talk to someone. This has happened twice to me, there quick to take your money, but not to fix the glitch in there system. Very unhappy. I'm sure there are more place out there who can provide me with the same services with no headaches.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but I would suggest you avoid this place at all costs. Customer service is absolutely horrible here. Unfortunately, i was unhappy with a rather expensive purchase I made. Since I had been a repeat customer for many many years, I tried to resolve this with the owner's wife as well as the owner. My calls were initially avoided for about a week. When I finally did speak to the owner, I was repeatedly insulted on the telephone....I will never shop here again as long as I live. Please save yourself the money, grief and frustration.
