Highly recommend New York Shoe repair!!! Just had my boots resoled with vibram soles. Such an excellent job, I couldn’t be happier! He also cleaned and conditioned my boots for me! Fast service and excellent quality! Couldn’t be happier my boots are like brand new again!

New York Shoe Repair has been in NB for as long as I can remember. The owner does great work, customer service is excellent, and the price is always very reasonable. I came very close to throwing out a moderately expensive pair of flats. Having become stretched out of proportion during a rainstorm, they no longer fit properly. His suggestion was perfect, now they fit fine, and it only cost me $4. New Bedford is lucky to have him.

I don't wear cheap shoes. I always get them fixed. I was going to a guy in Portsmouth, every time I gave him a repair . Let's say a zipper it was $100. I went to New York shoe repair I was shocked . What was once $100 was $20. He is not expensive. He's reasonably priced. Does an incredible job. I don't know why he has three dollar signs. I'd give him $$ and five stars. I will never go anywhere else!

This man just saved my life. I have a family wedding in 2 days out of state, shopped high and low for comfy ( wide) shoes and finally found them only to have the zipper break this morning when trying them on with my dress. Holy stressed out. We found NY Shoe repair and he had them fixed that day!! The zipper is perfect and better quality then what's in the other shoe, my stress level is zero and I can go return the back up shoes I bought today that if I had to wear would have been a nightmare!He didn't charge near enough as he could/should have.....I will never forget NY Shoe in NB and will be back!! Many thanks!
