Stopped in on a Monday evening after being released from the hospital. Needed some Gatorade and use of the bathroom. The bathroom entrance had pallets piled in front of it…(very classy). I asked about the bathroom but the miserable woman working there just shook her head. Never again will I go to a NEF Store… disgraceful!!!

Morning ladies running the cash register are polite and helpful. While the old lady and the old guy that are there around 4pm everyday are extremely rude for no reason at all. I’m honestly surprised they still work there

Normally I do not write reviews but I feel compelled to. The store itself is decent but the guy behind the counter at night (Sunday) is lazy and anytime you go in there he acts like youre bothering him. Don't go in a half an hour before closing because he pretty much shuts everything down by then. As a customer I shouldn't feel as though I'm bothering you by asking you to do your job enough said!

ordered a chicken parm last week and the chicken was so overcooked and hard. through it out.
Today i ordered a steak & cheese wrap and it tasted sour and it was soaked in grease and again i through it out.
done and never again will i order any food from this place.

Every day the store gets backed up with “shift change” it shouldn’t take 20 min to do a shift change and it shouldn’t bring the store to A screeching halt
