We have been using Mid Cape Tire for a little over a year for our 4 car delivery fleet. Mike is a no nonsense kind of guy (in the best kind of gruff Mass mechanic way! lol), but always gets right to the issue and solution, and wont try to oversell but does let you know whats needed on the car. We often bring our vehicles to him on a moments notice for tires, oil, and other mechanical needs and he's so quick with turnaround or is upfront about any delays or hurdles. As a small business, we appreciate working with another reliable local business that understands our needs and limitations. Thank you for all you do for us!

Brought in some brand new white wheels still in the box and after taking to several shops and not feeling confident that they would not mess up my brand new wheels.But quickly calmed down once I seen how they were handling each rim with care to ensure that they were not damaged by mounting tires on them.Also they took the extra step to put plastic caps to not score the rim on the insides.Went by on a slower day and they had me out of there within 20-25 mins.Also was cheaper than the shop that damaged my stock rims for my car.Over all very happy with this shop and will forever be bringing my wheel to them expensive or not good guys down there.

I'm from out of town- first time in New Bedford yesterday. I had an emergency and randomly selected this shop to fix my tire. I must say, it was one of my best experience at an auto shop to date. A special thank you to GM- Mike and his team for being courteous, professional and efficient in their work. I cannot say how much I truly appreciated the service I received, I was able to get back home safely and made it to work on time.

Mike and his guys are incredibly honest and only fix what the car needs, you can rest assured knowing they wont be overcharging or fixing problems that dont need fixing. Not only the trust factor, (even if they dont know you btw), but they are experienced and knowledgeable about cars. Problems are diagnosed instantly and it really shows theyve been doing this for years. Dont hesitate to bring your car here, because they supply what is the hardest to find - trust and professionalism. Thanks Mike and crew.

Mike and his guys are incredibly honest and hard working, theyre fast, efficient, and most of all trustworthy. If youre tired of being overcharged or worried youll be taken advantage of because your car knowledge isnt expansive, then go to mikes. They will absolutely treat you right and take care of your vehicle.
