I would give zero stars if I could. Went in on a Wednesday bought 2 phones the guy kept saying he was giving us stuff for free it was not free….. I was there for 3 hours. was told that on Thursday they would have the 3rd phone came in and they where out of stock at all of the stores they said they can get me a different phone left and called them immediately to make sure that they had a case and screen protector was told yes when I came back to get the phone I was told they don’t have a case or screen protector and was in the store for another three hours not to mention we wanted to get a new phone with our old number but gave us new lines and now we can't cancel because it's a new line

Both Metros in the North End of New Bedford never have phones in stock! I Planned to change services for a variety of reasons and the man I spoke with talked me out of it saying I'm eligible for a upgrade and I'd get a major discount.That isn't what happened when I went to there store I had to down grade to stay with the style phone I like and didn't get much of a discount at all even though I've been with them for over 2 years with the same home .

The gentleman that waited on me at the Acushnet Ave store was friendly, talkative and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business there, even though it's farther from my house than my usual store. I recommend strongly and will go again should I need anything

Went to this location to switch my phone.it took 2 HOURS to get the phonne.I tried to just leave after an hour but this women already took my old phone for a trade in as well as $125 .mind you she told me if I trade my phone that it's free ,I would o ly have to pay the $25. I was so upset that I almost had to call police .worst service Ever.Women kipper me .

Merideth was our salesperson and she did a great job.
However Metro is charging $16 to change your phone number, wake up Metro it should not cost anything to change your number! The phone upgrade deals suck, existing long time customers should be treated much better.
