If your looking into the mobile Hotspot for gaming don't do it. I have no issues with metro in a whole , I just have an issue with the amount of data given. I use the Hotspot just for my xbox and I have the highest amount of data avaliable.just updating fortnite, an 8 gig download killed 33% of the data. Over a day of playing games with horrible connections at some points I'd use up 1 gig of data by the end of the day if there are no updates or I'm downloading games. Your better off waiting for the internet to actually come out with a package.

The guy that works there, is so rude not once but two times I had to deal with him ,both times the same experience… he should never be allowed to work with customers and he should be ashamed of himself!

Laurie was awesome!! Made me experience wonderful, not only was she wonderful but she also made my change over simple and easy. She is the best very happy with my first experience with metro!! There’s a reason why this place has the LOWEST reviews for Metro around the area. Hours are inconsistent, one day could open up at 10 AM another day 11 AM. Went to pay a phone bill and doors were locked. I was told it‘s what corporate decides for the day. So if you get there in the doors locked even if there’s a paper saying the place opens at 10 AM it doesn’t matter ??♀️Woman whom I spoke to lacked friendly customer service

The lady here was a huge help restarting and switching my phones. No charge ! And gave me a direct number for customer service to bypass all the auto voice stuff and its many options. ??♂️??♂️?

I just left the store and I'm furious. I bought a phone for my daughter and they told me I could get it for the discount price of $69.99. Then they sneaky charged me full price of $129.99. I was told the extra money I was paying was for her first month fees and activation fees and etc...They flat out lied to my face, and when I went back to ask about this situation they told me they would have a manager call me. I've been a loyal customer for them for years and I cant believe I was treated like this without it being fixed. Very frustrated!

Excellent customer service. Had an issue today, associate named Laurie quickly fixed it, she was great. Kevin was a nice sales associate and helpful in explaining features of phones. Thank you both, your kindness is appreciated.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have had in my life, I switched over got a phone and it was defective, they put me through the hoops for a new one. When I went back today I told them I had Smart switch on the phone and they said I couldn't switch things over because they did not have another battery for a j7 so I was out of luck..Terrible service I am going back to T mobile I should never had walked into that store

Great experience! Super friendly customer service representative that was very knowledgeable. Got us in and turned on with 4 new lines of service and new phones in less than an hour! Had a small problem with one of the new phones right after we left the store and it was rectified instantly! Talk about customer service! Can't recommend this place enough!! Keep up the great work!
