We ordered using our mobile app. We dined in for a quick meet-up before school. The service was fast and friendly. The food was the right temp.Parking: There were plenty of open parking spots. We got 2 close to the door.Kid-friendliness: The kiddos were happy. There was music playing. McDonald's is definitely kid-friendly!

Apparently if you put in a mobile order for breakfast and show up to the window at like 10:33 (because of the line) you won’t get your breakfast. I don’t understand what the point of ordering on a mobile app is for if they don’t even make it until you show up. Like I understand that they don’t wanna serve cold food but at the same time I wanted my breakfast and paid for my breakfast.

This branch is not open 24 hours like they claim on Google Maps! A lot of the McDonald's are doing this. They advertise one time for closing but close at a totally different time or they claim they are 24 hours but they close early. It's very unprofessional and it's very unbecoming and what makes it worse is if you're a doordash driver. Doordash will keep giving you orders for these McDonald's that are supposed to be open 24 hours. Even though the stores are closed. It's just an overall big mess!!

It's McDonald's, we all know what it is...still, if they are going to require you to order from the kiosk, then they need to be able to allow you the ability to customize your order.....they don't have the option to add "Mac Sauce" to the food you order, which is something I like to do with the McChicken and DQPw/cheese......it's quite annoying, and McDonald's needs to do something about it! Placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up.. The short asian girl who was at the window off rip had a disgusting attitude. I asked for a side of Mac Sauce and BBQ upon asking for sauce she rolled her eyes and i watched her THROW 4 BBQ sauces in the bag then i double checked just to make sure i got both mac and bbq i asked again “both sauces are in the bag right?” she yelled “YES” handed the bag out the window with an attitude anddddd slammed the window in my face… oh and haha THERE WAS NO MAC SAUCE… like girl if you don’t like your job stay home… all that over some sauce… kinda pathetic if you ask me.

Problem isn't the food it's the fact google constantly says it's 24 hrs and its not ever!!! And this location and many other locations don't match up with the app. The store will be open at ex. 5 am but the app says 6 so the app isn't usable and I can't use my points or get new ones unless I wait till the app says their open. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!! Store says they have no control over the app. Very convenient excuse (true or not)!!

Aweful don’t know why I expected any better in New Bedford , but it’s a business so I expected more from that.... I placed 2 separate orders forgot to add nuggets so ordered those . Waited about 15 minutes still no nuggets finally they come out absolutely disgusting and like they been sitting around just like the cold saugy fries we all ate . Asked to have them remade as I’m a manager in a fast food business and also manager serve safe certified I know how to provide proper customer service. I was told by your ignorant “manager” in the red well you didn’t order these nuggets with your first order that’s why you been waiting .. so what it doesn’t matter if I ordered them with the first order or the last my food shouldn’t be cold , especially waiting that long they should have been fresh. and that is not how you even talk to a customer . Oh wait and my husband cheeseburger that was supposed to have extra pickles had a tomato.. since when do tomatoes come on a cheeseburger? No sorry for your mistake nothing. Pure rudeness I will not be back. Your night shift employees are all lost bags just sitting on the expedite station getting cold too. And the dining area is messy and gross. Wet floor sign out with a disgusting dining area . I’m reporting you guys to board of health.

This was my first and last time at this location I order 4 extra bacon strips I got a box full of bacon crumbs I ordered two bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches Xtra bacon and they made it regular no extra bacon I order a #9 they give me a #8 then I say something and i get attitude for this type of service I'll just stay home and cook myself at least I'll get what i pay for and my food will be correct
